• Box Selection: Use sturdy boxes appropriate for the weight of the contents. Ensure they are in good condition, with no damage.
• Stacking Method: Arrange boxes in a columnar fashion, placing heavier items at the bottom. Avoid overhanging edges to maintain stability.

3. Securing the Load #

• Stretch Wrapping: Wrap from the base upwards to secure the load tightly and prevent shifting during transit.
• Strapping: Use metal or durable plastic strapping for added security, ensuring it does not interfere with forklift access.

4. Labeling #

Affix clear labels on each side of the pallet, including delivery and return addresses, contact numbers, and special handling instructions. Use “Non-Stackable” labels if needed.

5. Compliance with Regulations #

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, especially for international shipping. Use treated pallets where required and adhere to size and weight restrictions to avoid delays and penalties.
